The Annual Leadership Convention (ALC) 2025 successfully concluded on 22 September after three days and two nights of intensive learning, dialogue, and reflection. Designed for our senior management, managers, and consultants, the programme provided a platform to strengthen leadership, critical thinking, and teamwork in line with our commitment to future readiness.

This year’s theme, “Leading with Impact: Empowering Business, Projects, and People Across Generations”, underscored the role of leadership in creating sustainable value not only for organisations, but also for clients, communities, and the society at large.

Insights from Leaders and Experts

ALC 2025 featured a rich line-up of internal and external experts and thought leaders who shared perspectives on consulting, digital transformation, leadership, and business. Their talks covered timely topics, offering participants new tools, frameworks, and mindsets to stay ahead in today’s rapidly changing environment.

Engaging and Interactive Activities

The programme was not just about listening, but about active participation. Participants engaged in lively interactive sessions that challenged them to think critically, react with agility, and exchange ideas across generations and roles. The activities encouraged everyone to step outside the box, collaborate effectively, respond quickly with innovative solutions, and spark new ideas.

Building Bonds and Reflecting Together

Learning extended beyond the classroom. Shared meals and the finale barbecue dinner created space for informal conversations and closer bonds among colleagues. The programme also included tahajjud prayers and tazkirah sessions, a reminder of the deeper purpose of leadership and a practical expression of our core value of being God-conscious, especially in the workplace.
